The National news channel, Bhutan Broadcasting Service (BBS) made a special program on Choki Traditional Art School which aired on the 18th August 2011. The program formed part of the news covering all the 20 districts in Bhutan. The BBS team made a full day coverage of the school activities including morning prayer, assembly, class room lessons, games period, meals and evening prayers with interviews of the founder Dasho Choki Dorji, the Principal, staff and students. The whole program was 30 minutes long. It was the first major in-depth publicity for CTAS on the national news channel.
