CTAS is located at Kabesa which is about 10 km north of the center of Thimphu city. Though near to the capital, Kabesa resembles more a rural Bhutan than the city itself. The school is located on a 2.3 acre site surrounded by a fresh unspoilt natural environment which provides a very good atmosphere for the students to concentrate more on their work.

The campus presently consists of a three-storied renovated ancient Bhutanese house that houses all the students as their hostel and prayer hall and a newly constructed two-storied building which is used for all academic purposes. A toilet facility for the school has also been completed and new works are going on with the construction of a new hostel for the school.
